Evaluating Your Contribution to the Survival of Humankind
The Space Transportation & Exploration (STE) board will be evaluating your efforts based upon your responses to their three points of inquiry. Each point will be assessed on how thoroughly investigated the contents have been using three different dimensions: reasoning, support, and grammar.
Reasoning: The board is interested in hearing how you arrived at your recommendations. The depth in which you explain your position is critical to convincing the board to act. Thus, the weight on the reasoning section is considerably higher than other dimensions.
Support: Evidence and citations are also key to getting the board to see your way. By introducing evidence from other experts in the field of space transportation and exploration, the board will take your report with more credence. Make sure to highlight which expert contributed the research otherwise the board might charge you with plagiarism!
Grammar: Sloppily worded and incomprehensible reports will be glanced at and rejected by the board. All reports should adhere to the standards associated with formal presentations in the English language. Misspellings in particular will be penalized greatly since spell-check has been standardized on all word processing applications for a quarter of the century.
